This adventurous entrepreneur has done everything from crossing the ocean on sailboats to extreme skiing and shuttling between the Polynesian islands. He was the manager of a ski supply branch in Val d'Isère and taught sailing and surfing lessons in various locations. But he finally decided to settle down in 2009 and start a company that brings people together and offers exceptional experiences: Flanders Eventmaker.
In addition to his role as an entrepreneur, Sidney is also a proud father of a beautiful little girl and a stepfather of a cool teenager. He also runs the famous family restaurant Imperial on the Esplanade in De Panne together with his wife. A real jack-of-all-trades, he likes to make time for the beautiful things in life and for his friends and family.
Laurence started at Flanders Evenmaker as Eventmaker in 2021. She has also had some extraordinary experiences. A real globetrotter, she grew up as a child in Japan, Kenya, Indonesia and Brazil where she was lucky enough to have several unique and wonderful experiences. At 14, she "washed up" in Koksijde, but the itch to travel surfaced again at 21.
Laurence packed her bags and left for Ireland and 2 years later to England, where she discovered her passion for sailing. Moved back to Belgium in 2013 and worked as head of purchasing until she decided to go back to what she likes doing best, event management.
Laurence, a spunky mom of 2 adorable boys, is still passionate about traveling and experiencing new adventures. Always eager for quality time with her friends, family and of course her sons
Joke recently joined the team and is our talented Content Creator and Eventmaker at Flanders Eventmaker! She just completed her degree in Event and Project Management and is passionate about organizing events. With her spontaneity and creative spirit, she is a valuable asset to our team!

In her free time, she enjoys discovering new places. A real social butterfly who enjoys hanging out with friends and family.
