How do I know if an activity is available on the desired date?
When you request a quote, we immediately receive an email to check availability. With this, of course, nothing is fixed yet. We look at what is possible, this is because often with activities such as sail car riding we have to pay attention to the tides.
At what location can my team building/seminar take place?
Almost all of our events take place along the Belgian coastline, from De Panne to Cadzand.
Where can I find the price of an activity?
If you want to know the exact price, it is best to ask for a no-obligation quote. You can expect this within 24 hours.
How does billing work?
As soon as your teambuilding is scheduled and the quote is accepted, you will receive an email to provide us with all the billing details.

Do I have to pay an advance?
After completing the quote, you will receive an advance invoice from us.
Can a booked activity be canceled?
Yes, it may happen that an event has to be canceled for various reasons. We will keep you informed in a timely manner from our side. If you on your end decide to cancel, we also expect you to communicate this in a timely manner. Please note that cancellation fees may apply if the event is cancelled before it begins.
